Before you leave, please:

  • Gather used towels in the bath tub

  • Wash any dishes used

  • Throw rubbish away

  • Turn lights & split systems off

  • Lock up windows & doors

  • Leave keys on the kitchen bench

EVENT POLICY & GUEST NUMBERS

No events, parties or gatherings are allowed on this property. The person booking the reservation is the Responsible Party and only the persons named on the booking are permitted to be on the property. Failure to adhere to this will result in being asked to leave without a refund. 

No additional accommodation is allowed on site (e.g. tents, caravans, campervans or similar facilities). 

6 guests maximum. Sorry, no pets.

PARKING

All vehicles must be parked within the property boundary (either in the garage or on the driveway).

BINS

We would really appreciate if your stay falls on a Monday or Tuesday, that you could please help pop out the bin on Monday for bin day on Tuesday mornings. 

COMMUNITY ETIQUETTE AND REGULATIONS

Please be mindful of our community and respect our neighbours' peaceful environment. Outdoor areas are not to be used between 11pm to 7am. 

According to the Environment Protection Act (Residential Noise) Regulations 2008, noise from amplified music must not be audible inside neighbouring homes during the following prohibited times: 

Monday to Thursday: before 7 am and after 10 pm. 

Friday: before 7 am and after 11 pm. 

Saturday and public holidays: before 9 am and after 11 pm. 

Sunday: before 9 am and after 10 pm. ‘

In the event of excessive noise or disruptions reported by either authorities or our neighbours, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
